We have been informed by the venue that lining up in front of the venue overnight is strictly prohibited. In order to ensure everyone complies with the venue's policy, we will be instituting a random drawing system starting from 3:00pm on the day of the show. This means arriving at the venue before 3:00pm on the day of the show will not get you a better place in line. At 3:00pm (or soon after) on the day of the show, the VIP ticket holders in attendance at that time will randomly be given numbers that will decide their place in the VIP line. Once VIP ticket holders receive their number, and are placed in line in the correct order, any VIP ticket holders who arrive after the drawing ends, will simply line-up at the end of the VIP line.

The same random drawing system will also apply to any general admission ticket holders who wish to arrive at 3pm. Once general admission ticket holders receive their number and are placed in line in the correct order, general admission ticket holders who arrive after the drawing ends, will simply line-up at the end of the general admission line.

To ensure this process goes smoothly, we are asking for everyone's patience and understanding. We also ask for your help... if you know someone attending the LA show who is planning to arrive at the venue earlier than 3:00pm, but might not be using/checking social media, please reach out to them and inform them of this new policy to ensure everyone gets the message.
